Membership activation

Membership access is typically activated automatically after successful payment confirmation.

In delayed webhook scenarios, activation may take additional processing time. Support can assist if activation does not complete within 30 minutes.

Paid featured listing orders are queued for manual review and are targeted to be activated within 24 hours after successful payment.

Campaign duration begins when the placement is activated, not when checkout is started.

Order and support communication is sent to the checkout email used at purchase.
