                                                   Are you faster than a Flying Dutchman?                  13th Annual "Flying Dutchmen 5k"   Saturday March 21st 9:15am                                           ****WEAR CRAZY SOCKS TO CELEBRATE WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY*** COURSE:       Course will run through the towns of Orangeburg and Blauvelt with splits given at 1 and 2 mile marks, water station.     WHERE:         Tappan Zee High School (Orangeburg, NY)  WHEN:            March 21, 2026   8:00-8:45am Check-in                                                      8:45 kids run around track (9 & under)                                                     9:15 5k Race/Walk  WHY:              To support the Tappan Zee Cross Country/Track booster club  TIMING:          Timing will be provided by FAT (Fulton Accurate Timing) for live results AWARDS:       Female & Male 5K winners in age brackets: 14 &under, 15-18, 19-23, 24-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over. Medals given to first 3 places in each age group. SIGN UP:        Online Registration closes on March 20th @ 12pm.  Kids' race is free!  First 150 registered runners and walkers will receive a short sleeve commemorative T-shirt.   Race day registration will be $30.00 cash or check but not guaranteed t-shirts.   No need to register for kids races.  All kids run participants will receive medals & a t-shirt!  REGISTRATION & PACKET PICK UP IS IN THE BACK PARKING LOT OFF OF BATAAN ROAD!
