SundayMarathon is an online marathon and running event directory that provides:

• Marathon and running event listings with dates, locations, and registration links
• Race details including course information, elevation profiles, and historical data
• Search and filtering tools to find races by location, date, distance, and other criteria
• Links to official race registration pages and affiliate partners
• An optional paid runner membership that may include private community features, accountability, and race-planning support

SundayMarathon is an informational platform. While we strive to keep all data accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of race dates, registration details, pricing, or other event information. Always verify details with the official race organizer before registering or making travel plans.

3. User accounts

Certain features of SundayMarathon require you to create an account. If you create or use an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and subscriptions

SundayMarathon uses Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record for processing all payments.

4.1 Free public features

SundayMarathon offers public race discovery features that can be used without payment, including race listings, search, calendar tools, and informational race pages.

4.2 No-charge alerts and email updates

You may join race alerts, newsletters, or other no-charge interest forms to receive updates from Sunday Marathon. Those signups do not create a paid subscription and do not charge your payment method.

4.3 Paid memberships

Sunday Marathon Club is offered as a recurring paid membership. When you complete hosted checkout:

• Membership fees, billing intervals, and any taxes will be clearly displayed before purchase.
• No charge will be made unless you complete checkout and receive confirmation of the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from https://sundaymarathon.com/membership/manage or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
• Price changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our website without prior written consent

6. User submissions

When you submit race information, reviews, or other content to SundayMarathon:

• You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.

7. Affiliate links and third-party content

SundayMarathon contains links to third-party websites, including race registration pages and affiliate partners. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites.
• Your interactions with third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• Race registration is handled entirely by the race organizer or their registration platform. Any disputes regarding race registration, fees, or refunds must be resolved directly with the race organizer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on SundayMarathon, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design, code, and the compilation of race data, is the property of SundayMarathon or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Race names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective organizers and are used on SundayMarathon for informational purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

SundayMarathon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Race information, dates, pricing, or other data will be accurate or complete
• Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SundayMarathon and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Injuries or losses resulting from participation in any marathon or running event
• Reliance on race information displayed on our website
• Transactions with third-party websites linked from our platform

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SundayMarathon in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Important: Always consult with a medical professional before participating in any marathon or strenuous exercise program.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SundayMarathon, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
