This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for SundayMarathon.com ("SundayMarathon") services. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.

1. Free Tier (Current)

SundayMarathon currently offers all features at no cost. Since no payments are collected at this time, no refunds are applicable.

2. Subscription Cancellation

When paid subscription plans become available:

  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason.
  • Access Until End of Billing Period: After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.
  • No Penalties: There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

Cancellation requests sent via email will be processed within 2 business days.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Subscription Refunds

When paid plans are available, the following refund policy applies:

  • Within 7 Days of Purchase: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. No questions asked.
  • After 7 Days: Refunds are generally not available for the current billing period after the 7-day window. You may cancel to prevent future charges, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period.
  • Annual Plans: For annual subscriptions, refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund. After 7 days, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

3.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the transaction.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:

  • Evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargeback disputes filed without first contacting us for resolution
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations

5. Race Registration Refunds

Important: SundayMarathon is a marathon directory and does not process race registrations. When you click a registration link on our website, you are redirected to the official race organizer or their registration platform.

  • Race registration fees are paid directly to the race organizer, not to SundayMarathon.
  • Refund policies for race registrations are determined by the individual race organizer.
  • For race registration refund inquiries, please contact the race organizer directly.
