Refund and cancellation policy

No-charge signups

Email updates, account creation, race corrections, and public race discovery do not create a paid subscription and do not require a refund because no charge is collected.

Organizer listings

Listing or claiming your marathon is free, so there is nothing to refund. We verify the official source before publishing — no fee. If the listing's official website domain matches your account email, your claim is verified instantly; otherwise the Sunday Marathon team confirms the claim, usually within a day.

• A free listing does not guarantee publication, traffic, or featured placement.
• We may decline a submission that is spam, misleading, unverifiable, or not a marathon-family event.
• Approved listings can still require later correction or removal if official race facts change.

Existing paid memberships

Existing paid members can manage billing from https://sundaymarathon.com/membership/manage or contact support at contact@sundaymarathon.com.

Cancellation

• You may cancel an active paid membership at any time.
• After cancellation, access usually remains until the end of the current billing period unless the payment provider or applicable law requires otherwise.
• There are no cancellation penalties from Sunday Marathon.

Membership refunds

• For an initial paid membership purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days.
• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after processing, but we may review prompt requests involving billing mistakes or exceptional circumstances.
• Refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method when possible.
• Refund timing depends on the payment provider and bank.

Race registration refunds

Sunday Marathon does not process race registrations. Registration fees are paid to the race organizer or registration platform. For race registration refunds, contact the race organizer or registration platform directly.
