About this race
The Bermuda Marathon runs through the world's most elegant small-island running event — a British Overseas Territory with pink-sand beaches (the pink colour from coral and foraminifera), Bermuda-style pastel-painted limestone buildings, and the world's only public roads that allow only one scooter per household. The hilly course winds around the entire island's spine road, past the Naval dockyard fortress, beside the turquoise sound, through St. George's (a UNESCO World Heritage colonial town), and along the railway trail.
