About This Race
The Sedona Marathon is considered America's most scenic running event in an inland setting — a challenging course through Sedona's otherworldly red rock canyon landscape. Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, and Oak Creek Canyon's vermilion sandstone towers provide a backdrop that looks like Mars. The course winds through Sedona's vortex energy sites, red rock trails, and scenic forest roads with views opening around every bend.
