About This Race
The Baltimore Running Festival is Charm City's premier running event, featuring a marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, and team relay. Founded in 2001 by Corrigan Sports Enterprises, the event has grown to attract over 16,000 runners across all distances. The USATF-certified, Boston-qualifying marathon course takes runners through Baltimore's iconic neighborhoods, Inner Harbor, and Federal Hill, with miles 16-20 compared to Boston's famed Heartbreak Hill. Historically 10-12% of marathoners achieve a BQ.
