About This Race
The Bellingham Bay Marathon is a Boston-qualifying event set in one of the Pacific Northwest's most charming waterfront communities. Founded in 2007, the race features a rolling-hills course along Bellingham Bay with stunning views of the San Juan Islands and Mt. Baker. The event includes a marathon, marathon relay, half marathon, 10K, and 5K. Organized by Pacific Multisports, it offers a small-town racing atmosphere with big views, attracting approximately 300 finishers in the marathon distance. Packet pickup is held at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal.
