About This Race
The Maratón de Buenos Aires is one of South America's most prestigious marathons, winding through the Paris of South America's elegant wide boulevards and European-style neighborhoods. The flat course passes through Palermo's rose gardens and lakes, along the Río de la Plata waterfront, through La Boca's colorful tango streets, San Telmo's cobblestone colonial district, and the upscale Recoleta cemetery.
