About This Race
The AJ Bell Great Manchester Run is Europe's largest 10K event and one of the most vibrant running festivals in the UK. Established in 2003 as a legacy of the 2002 Commonwealth Games, it now also features a half marathon distance added in 2017. The flat, fast course winds through Manchester city centre past landmarks including the Etihad Campus, Old Trafford, and MediaCityUK, attracting over 30,000 runners annually.
