About This Race
The 49th Annual Lincoln Marathon and Half Marathon is organized by the Lincoln Track Club, a volunteer organization promoting running in Lincoln, Nebraska, since 1975. Runners start at 14th and Vine Street and make their way along a USATF-certified course with a few small uphills around the 3-, 5-, and 9-mile markers. The signature highlight is the dramatic finish on the 50-yard line inside Memorial Stadium, home to Nebraska Cornhuskers football. Drawing over 12,500 participants annually, it is one of the largest marathons in the Great Plains region.
