About This Race
The Baxters Loch Ness Marathon is one of the most scenic marathons in the world, running along the south side of Loch Ness from Whitebridge and Fort Augustus to Inverness. Founded in 2002 with Baxters Food Group as title sponsor from the start, the point-to-point course offers breathtaking views of the legendary loch and the Scottish Highlands. The Festival of Running weekend also includes a 10K and 5K. Entry includes transport to the start, a finisher medal, and post-race refreshments.
