About This Race
The 2XU Long Beach Marathon, now celebrating over 40 years of running, starts in downtown Long Beach and takes runners past the historic Queen Mary, Shoreline Village, and along the scenic Pacific coastline. The course continues through Belmont Shore, Marine Stadium, and Cal State Long Beach before returning down Ocean Boulevard for a fast finish and Finish Line Festival. With 25,000+ participants expected, it is one of the largest fall marathons in California.
