The Maraton Medellin Sistecredito is an AIMS-certified marathon and Boston Marathon qualifier held in the City of Eternal Spring. The 2026 edition features the 5K on Saturday September 5 at 6:45 AM, while the 42K, 21K, and 10K take place on Sunday September 6. The 42K starts at 5:30 AM, the 21K at 6:00 AM, and the 10K at 8:30 AM, all from Parques del Rio. Category changes are free until June 1, 2026; after that date a fee of 90,000 COP applies.
