Staged by FollowYourPassion with MG Sport, its flat, fast AIMS-certified loop starts at 08:45 on Viale Eginardo by CityLife and sweeps central Milan past the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Parco Sempione and the Darsena, a 10K alongside the 21.0975km. In cool, damp late November the 2025 edition sold out at a record 15,000 runners.
