About This Race
The Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon is one of the oldest and most respected marathons in Wisconsin, produced by the Badgerland Striders Running Club since 1981. The 44th edition in 2026 features a scenic point-to-point course that starts in Grafton and finishes at Veterans Park in Milwaukee, running along Lake Michigan and crossing the iconic Hoan Bridge. The race also offers a half marathon and a personal distance challenge. The flat, fast course and intimate atmosphere make it a favorite among serious marathoners.
