About This Race
The Neapolis Marathon takes runners through the UNESCO-listed historic centre of Naples and along the spectacular Mediterranean coastline. Starting from the grand Piazza del Plebiscito, the flat course passes landmarks such as Castel dell'Ovo, the Lungomare seafront, and the Spaccanapoli quarter. Organized by the Naples Running Association, the event is World Athletics certified and offers marathon, half marathon, and shorter distances. The course features minimal elevation gain, making it ideal for fast times.
