About
The St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend is the signature fundraising event for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, with over 22,000 participants helping raise millions for the hospital's mission to treat and defeat childhood cancer. The relatively flat Boston-qualifying course winds through the heart of Memphis, passing iconic landmarks such as Beale Street, the Mississippi River, and Sun Studio. Established in 2002, it has grown into the hospital's largest single-day fundraising event. The marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, and kids marathon are all offered.
