About This Race
The Vladivostok Marathon runs through Russia's most dramatically sited city — the Pacific gateway that faces Japan across the Sea of Japan on the rugged Primorsky Krai coastline. The hilly course crosses the spectacular Russky Island Bridge (one of the world's longest cable-stayed bridges), winds through Vladivostok's terraced hills above the Golden Horn Bay, past Soviet-era submarines, and along the Amur Bay waterfront.
