The Altra Yorkshire Marathon starts and finishes at the University of York, taking runners on a scenic tour of the historic city and surrounding countryside. Organised by Run For All, the charity founded by the late Jane Tomlinson CBE, the fast and flat course is ideal for runners chasing personal bests. The event also features a 10-mile race and raises significant funds for charitable causes.
