About This Race
The Bend Marathon runs through Oregon's outdoor mecca — Bend is America's fastest-growing large city for a reason. Surrounded by the Cascade volcanic peaks and the high desert plateau, the course winds along the gorgeous Deschutes River Trail, past Mirror Pond and Drake Park, through the Old Mill District's craft brewery scene, up to the pine forests above town with Mt. Bachelor skiing visible, and through Bend's vibrant NW Crossing neighbourhood.
