About This Race
The Callaway Gardens Marathon runs through the beautiful grounds of Callaway Gardens resort — a stunning 2,500-acre botanical paradise in the Pine Mountain Valley of Georgia. The course winds through manicured azalea trails, past Robin Lake Beach, around the Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center (largest glass-enclosed butterfly conservatory in North America), through Pine Mountain's ridge trails, and along the gardens' peaceful woodland lakes. A uniquely scenic Georgia run.
