About This Race
The Helsinki City Marathon runs through Finland's elegant seaside capital — the Daughter of the Baltic — starting and finishing at the landmark 1952 Olympic Stadium. The course winds past Senate Square's cathedral, along the Baltic Sea waterfront, through Design District Helsinki, past Temppeliaukio Rock Church, and through the green suburbs of this clean and liveable Nordic city.
