About This Race
The Mesa Marathon is ranked the #1 marathon in Arizona by RaceRaves. The fast, net-downhill, point-to-point course drops nearly 1,000 feet from the start below the Phoenix sign on Usery Mountain to the finish at Riverview Park. An early-season Boston qualifier, the event draws 5,500 to 7,500 participants across marathon, half marathon, 10K, and free Kids 1K distances. Organized by Brooksee Events, it has become a top winter destination race.
