About this race
The Penang Bridge International Marathon (PBIM) is one of Malaysia's most unique running events, featuring a course that crosses the iconic 13.5km Penang Bridge connecting the island to the mainland. First held in 2007, the AIMS-certified race has become one of Southeast Asia's most popular marathon destinations.
