About this race

The Q Cairo Marathon, organized by Cairo Runners -- Egypt's first and largest street-running community -- is now in its 13th edition. The event starts at 6:00 AM from Merryland Park in Heliopolis and offers marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 5K distances. It has grown to become Egypt's largest marathon event.
