About This Race
The Eugene Marathon starts and finishes at the legendary Hayward Field, the spiritual home of American track and field. This Boston and World Marathon Major qualifying event features a flat, fast loop course through Eugene's scenic neighborhoods and riverside paths. The race weekend spans three days with a Health and Wellness Expo on Friday, the Eugene 5K and Kids Duck Dash on Saturday, and the marathon and half marathon on Sunday. Founded in 2007, the event regularly sells out across all distances, attracting nearly 5,000 participants to the city known as Track Town USA.
