The Great Ocean Road Running Festival is billed as Australia's most stunning running festival, set along one of the world's most scenic coastal roads. The Melrose Marathon covers 44km from Lorne to Apollo Bay, winding along the Great Ocean Road past sweeping ocean views, towering cliffs, and native bushland. The two-day festival offers ten distances including a 60km ultra, marathon, half marathon, and shorter events. Runners pass through the charming coastal villages of Wye River, Kennett River, and Skenes Creek before finishing in Apollo Bay. It is an unforgettable point-to-point coastal running experience.
