About This Race
The 25th annual Humana Kentucky Derby Festival Marathon and 53rd annual miniMarathon (half marathon) start simultaneously at 7 AM on Main Street near Louisville Slugger Field. The course winds through downtown Louisville, the historic Old Louisville neighborhood, Churchill Downs (home of the Kentucky Derby), and parts of the picturesque Olmsted Park System. The Kentucky Derby Festival organizes this event as the largest annual day of road racing in the state. Registration is $65 for the miniMarathon and $75 for the Marathon at standard pricing.
