About This Race
The Med City Marathon runs through Rochester — home of the world-famous Mayo Clinic, the #1 hospital in America and top 3 globally. The flat, fast BQ-friendly course winds along the Zumbro River trails, through Rochester's extensive skyway-connected downtown (all pedestrian bridges), past the Mayo Clinic's striking architectural campus, and through the Cascade Lake park system — a well-organised race through a surprisingly beautiful Midwestern medical city.
