About This Race
The Nagoya Women's Marathon is the world's largest women-only marathon, attracting over 20,000 female runners annually. Starting and finishing at Vantelin Dome Nagoya, the JAAF and World Athletics certified course winds through the heart of Nagoya, passing Nagoya Castle, Sakae entertainment district, and Atsuta Shrine. Every finisher receives a special Tiffany & Co. pendant, making it one of the most coveted finisher prizes in global running. The event also serves as an elite qualifying race for the Japanese national team.
