About This Race
The Tokyo Marathon is one of the six World Marathon Majors and the largest marathon in Asia. The flat course starts at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building in Shinjuku and winds through the city, passing iconic sites including the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower, Asakusa's Senso-ji Temple, and Ginza, before finishing at Tokyo Station.
