About This Race
The Charleston Half Marathon highlights the city's legendary southern charm by racing through Hampton Park, The Battery, iconic King Street, The Citadel, and finishing at Riverfront Park. The full Charleston Marathon has been discontinued, but the half marathon continues as the city's signature winter running event. The flat course through Charleston's historic district and scenic waterfront makes it a popular destination race for runners from across the Southeast.
