About This Race
The University Hospitals Cleveland Marathon has been a Cleveland tradition since 1978, with over half a million runners participating across its history. The race weekend features a full marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, and kids' run. The course takes runners through Cleveland's vibrant neighborhoods along the shores of Lake Erie and through the city's cultural landmarks. The full and half marathons start Sunday morning, while the 5K and 10K are held on Saturday.
