The Gate River Run is the largest 15K race in the United States, setting a national record in 2026 with over 15,385 finishers in the 15K and more than 21,200 total participants. The 49th annual race takes runners through historic Downtown Jacksonville, San Marco, St. Nicholas, and across the city's iconic bridges. The event features a $77,000 prize pool including a $23,000 American Cup purse.
