About This Race
The St. Petersburg Distance Classic features a USATF-certified, Boston-qualifying marathon along Tampa Bay with waterfront views, through historic neighborhoods, charming Snell Isle, and scenic shaded trails. The extremely flat course drew its largest turnout ever in 2026 with musical entertainment along the route and pacers for the marathon and half marathon. Distances include marathon, half, 10K, and 5K.
