About This Race
The 30th Sao Paulo International Marathon is Brazil's most prestigious road race and the first in the country to earn World Athletics Bronze Label status. Held annually since 1995, the race begins and ends at the iconic Obelisco do Ibirapuera in Ibirapuera Park. The weekend features the 5K Corrida das Nacoes on Saturday April 11 at Campo de Marte, while the marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 7K take place on Sunday April 12. The course takes runners through the bustling streets of the Brazilian metropolis.
